Refund policy

SETH2°17 Return & Exchange Policy

At SETH2°17, every candle and vessel is handcrafted with care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on eligible items.
To start a return, email hello@seth217.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Items must be:

  • Unused, unburned, and in new condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Carefully packed to prevent damage

Approved returns are issued as SETH2°17 store credit within 1–3 business days.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final store credit amount.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • Any visible damage

We’ll replace the item as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Discounted/sale items

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Third-party marketplace items


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SETH2°17 does not provide prepaid return labels and is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued in the form of a SETH2°17 Gift Card.
This credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
